Finally I send my complain to level-2 support at ABN Amro Bank i.e @ 'in.quality.assurance@in.abnamro.com' on Saturday itself. Today on checking my account details online, i found that penalty charges has been reversed and amount has been credited in my account.
I had actually loosen the hope that it might work at level-2 also. But it seems that there are few who really listens even the e-mails of customer too. I like this very much. I think i can recommend this bank for few of my other friends too. :)
